Damian Keogh AM B Com - CEO
Damian joined Val Morgan as CEO in July 2011 bringing a diverse range of media management, sales, marketing and business development skills.
He oversaw exponential revenue growth at MCN in his role as National Sales & Marketing Director from 2003 to 2011. He represented Australia in basketball on over 200 occasions including three Olympic campaigns. His favourite movie is ‘Shawshank Redemption’. More.
Dan Hill - National Sales Manager
Dan joined Val Morgan in 2011, previously working at IMG as the General Manager of IMG Fashion. There, he oversaw the growth and development of Australian Fashion Week and developed the Sydney Fashion Festival.
He remembers Star Wars as his first cinema experience and despite evidence to the contrary, still refuses to believe that Darth Vadar is Luke’s Dad.
Paul Butler - Marketing Director
Paul was appointed to the position of Marketing Director in 2002 and has over twenty years of cinema advertising experience.
Paul is an avid moviegoer, the first movie he remembers going to was the Bond classic “Live and Let Die” at a cinema in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK. He can even still remember the ad reel.
Cally Scivetti - Brandfit, Strategy Director
Cally joined Val Morgan in October 2011 to start up and run the newly created strategy team, Brandfit. Brandfit’s core focus is to bring brands alive through integrated cross platform solutions that leverage a wide range of assets across Val Morgan’s cinema and retail businesses.
Anthony Deeble - VMRM Managing Director
Anthony successfully founded Outpost Media in late 2003, which grew into Australia’s largest digital outdoor media group.
Since the acquisition of Outpost Media in 2008, Anthony has continued with the business in the position of Managing Director of the retail media division within the group.
Tristan Wyse - Sales Director Sydney
Tristan joined Val Morgan as an Account Manager in 2007 following 6 successful years as a Media Planner/Buyer in both Australia and the UK. Tristan was promoted to GSM in Jan 2009 then to Sydney Sales Director in Dec 2011.
Tristan combines his considerable skill set with a passion for media and a love of film. His favourite film of all time is the Spielberg classic Jaws

Cathy Rhodes - Sales Director Victoria
Cathy is an accomplished media professional with over 20 years media sales experience and is responsible for sales in the Victorian market.
She has a passion for the arts and for film, her favorite film of all time is “The Godfather”.
Shelley Booth - Sales Manager, WA
Since joining in 2005, Shelley has held the role of Sales Manager overseeing the WA market for Val Morgan Cinema Network.
With more than 15 years media experience nationally, Shelley has worked across a broad range of media platforms from Channel 7 and Media Decisions in Perth, to Sydney based Mitchell & Partners, OMD and Mediacom in Strategy/Planning Buying capacities.
Ian Heron - Group Sales Manager, Direct
Ian started with Val Morgan as a sales representative in 2002 and was promoted to the role Group Sales Manager in 2005.
In life before Val Morgan, Ian played for St. George, Balmain and Parramatta in the NRL from 1989 – 1998 playing in the grand final for St. George in 92,93.
His favorite movie is The Game starring Michael Douglas.
Carolyn Wearne - Sales Director Queensland
Carolyn started with Val Morgan in 1992 selling slide advertising across Queensland and there is not a major cinema in Queensland that Carolyn has not stepped into or sold advertising for at a local level.
Her favourite memory is holidaying in Paris and her favourite movie is “Julie and Julia”.
Suzie Hood - National Sales Manager, NZ
Suzie has 20 years of combined media sales and advertising agency experience in the New Zealand market.
After finishing a BA at Auckland University in 1991 she worked in Advertising Agencies as a media planner/buyer before moving into media sales.
Her favourite movie is ‘Blood Diamond’.
Matt Bushby - VMRM, National Sales Director
Matts background is in sales, media strategy, sales management and business development; he joined Val Morgan Retail Media as National Sales Director in 2005.
His passion for advertising commenced in agencies where we worked in Account Service for 5 years. His favorite movie is ‘Big Wednesday’.
Annah Simsons - Operations Manager
Annah joined Val Morgan Cinema Network in 2003. Annah heads up the Operations team who provide media sales support to the companies Account Managers as well as looking after ad scheduling, production and dispatch.
Her favourite movie is "Once Upon a Time in Mexico".
