Dan joined Val Morgan in 2011 as the National Sales Director and was made Managing Director in 2014. In 2018, he became Chief Executive Officer of the Val Morgan Group, taking on the leadership and responsibility for the group including cinema and the digital outdoor business, VMO.
Previously he was the General Manager of IMG Fashion where he oversaw the growth and development of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and developed the Mercedes Benz Fashion Festival in 2007 which continues today. Prior to this, Dan ran the IMG Client Services Division at IMG managing talent such as Jamie Durie, Scott Cam, Nick Farr-Jones and Steve Price.
Before IMG, Dan worked for the Seven Network for over ten years working through the ranks to hold the Sales Manager position on Network Sport which included the successful monetisation of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games telecast. He continued on to drive the early stages of media sales integration between Seven Network, Pacific Magazines and the online business which today is known as Seven Media Group.
