Val Morgan announces a new Operating Division - Val Morgan Retail Media - to complement the company’s core Cinema Advertising franchise
Val Morgan has established a new operating division, Val Morgan Retail Media, through the acquisition of digital advertising company, Outpost Media.
Val Morgan Retail Media is a centrally programmed out of home network of 320 high definition digital advertising panels strategically placed in 39 prominent shopping malls Australia wide.
The network currently reaches 6.6 million retail consumers weekly. Val Morgan Retail Media is positioned to engage consumers with rich advertising content in key path to purchase environments.
The company has long term tenancy agreements with the majority of Australia’s most prominent property groups including AMP, ING, CENTRO and GPT.
The addition of this media platform to Val Morgan’s successful Cinema advertising business presents advertisers with exciting cross-platform strategic advertising opportunities.
Advertisers will now have the opportunity to complement Cinema on-screen and in-foyer out of home strategy with “path to purchase consumer communication”.
Val Morgan Retail Media will be headed by Anthony Deeble in the capacity of Managing Director. Anthony has extensive Australian media experience having spent 14 years in successful senior operational roles with the Ten Network and also a number of years at both the Seven and Nine networks. More recently, he founded and successfully developed Australia’s largest retail digital network.
